Once we receive an application from a prospective tenant, we pull a credit report, verify employment and how they have paid rent in the past. Once the "future" tenant has been approved, then the tenant is notified to have the utilities turned on in their name. Once utilities are on in the tenants name, a "Move-In" Inspection is scheduled with our Property Manager and the tenant. The same checklist is used when the tenant vacates the property. This way we can compare the "move-in" with the "move-out" and make sure that any damages are taken care of.

We require atleast a one year lease and we do not accept any Pets or Roommates.
